It was one of the best learning experiences I had in my career time. There were no boring moments whatsoever, and the facilitator had a wealth of quality knowledge to be shared. Dr Mazuki Jusoh was very knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air facilitator- away from typical trainers. He is obviously an expert in his field and very engaging flow of presentation with lots of opportunity to participate. He was able to tailor the day to participants needs with interactive lesson to expand knowledge of the class. He was a very pleasant & professional facilitator, truthful and open with the team. The flavor of the class was just so different than what I experienced before. He basically raised the bar of overall participants and inspired people to progress.
